Anuj Kumar and others), a complaint case arising from an application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. (P.S. Mehdawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar), pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sant Kabir Nagar. As submitted by counsel, the matter originated in 2008, was registered as a criminal complaint case in 2016, the complainant's statement was recorded under section 200 Cr.P.C., and by order dated 20.1.2023 the Magistrate directed inquiry under section 202 (2) Cr.P.C.; the inquiry report was submitted on 2.8.2024 and the case stood fixed for hearing on the point of summoning.
