Heard Ms. Moni Yadav, Advocate, holding brief of Shri Bipin Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

This application u/s 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to expedite the proceedings of Complaint Case No. 7930 of 2023 (Anjani Kumar Tirpathi Vs. Hariram Singh), under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Faizabad, pending before the Additional Court, Faizabad/ Ayodhya.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In the facts and circumstances of the case the court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid case expeditiously, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties from the date of filing of the certified copy of this order, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of finally.
