On 15.12.2025, the following order was passed :

"1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material available on record.

2. This application has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 28.09.2024 as well as summoning order dated 06.02.2025 passed in Inquiry No. 426 of 2024, arising out of F.I.R. No. 071 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Talkatora, District Lucknow.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant as well as victim are minors and some quarrel had taken place in between them. It is vehemently submitted that the issue can be resolved by way of settlement. It is, thus, submitted that the indulgence of this Court is necessary.

4. List this case on 17.12.2025.

5. On the next date, applicant, deponent as well as respondent no. 2 and other injured person shall appear before this Court.

6. S.H.O., P.S. Talkatora, District Lucknow is directed to ensure the presence of respondent no. 2-Sandhya Singh w/o Sri Ravi Singh r/o 4417 Sector 12 Rajajipuram, P.S. Talkatora, District Lucknow before this Court on the next date. "

In pursuance of earlier order, the parties are present before this Court along with Sub Inspector Shri Dinesh Singh and Lady Constable Ms.Neha Verma, Police Station Talkatora, District Lucknow.
