This application has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.2581 of 2024 (Prakashini Devi @ Rekha Devi Vs. Ram Achhaibar and Others), under Sections 498-A, 323, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, DistrictShrawasti.

In compliance of order of this Court dated 10.10.2025, learned counsel for applicant has presented a demand draft of Rs. 15,000/- in favour of opposite party no.2 before this Court. The bank draft of Rs.15,000/- is given by learned counsel for the applicant to Ms. Prakashini Devi @ Rekha Devi (opposite party no.2), who is present in person and is identified by her counsel Sri Gyanendra Pathak, Advocate. Learned counsel for applicant states that both, applicant and opposite party no.2 agree to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court for settlement of their dispute amicably.
