Heard.
Taking note of the facts of the case as also the earlier orders passed by this Court dated 28.01.2025 and 06.02.2025 as also the submission advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, let the matter be placed before Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on 27.02.2025. On the date fixed, the applicant/learned counsel for the applicant would provide draft of 51,000/- to the opposite party no.₹ 2.
List/put up this case before this Court on 24.03.2025 as fresh along with mediation report in this regard showing the name of Shri Hemand Kumar Mishra, Advocate and Shri Pankaj Kumar Singh, Advocate as counsel for opposite party no. 2.
Till the next date of listing, the proceedings in issue qua the applicant shall be kept in abeyance.
In case, the condition aforesaid is not adhered to by the applicant, the interim protection granted by this Court shall not be available to applicant.
Learned counsel for the parties shall ensure the presence of the parties before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court on the date fixed by this Court.
It is made clear that in case settlement is not arrived at between the parties, the interim order would be extended only after hearing learned counsel for the applicant.
