On an objection raised by Sri Badrul Hasan,learned AGA that this highly belated petition has been filed challenging the summoning order dated 06.04.2022, without any explanation for delay and laches, Sri Krishna Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh with proper explanation.
