In terms of this Court's order dated 01.09.2025, applicant No. 1- Ruchita Johri and opposite party No.2- Abhishek Kumar are present before this Court, who have been duly identified by their respective counsel namely Sri Prateek Shrivastava, Advocate and Sri Om Prakash Tiwari, Advocate, who has filed Vakalatnama alongwith Sri Ashish Shukla, Advocate on behalf of opposite party No. 2 in the Court today, which is taken on record.

Both the parties present before this Court are ready to settle the dispute amicably by way of mediation.
