Heard Mr. Anand Kumar, the learned counsel for applicants and the learned A.G.A. for State.

Perused the record.

Applicants- Babu @ Rahul And 3 Others, who are charge sheeted accused, have approached this Court by means of present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with the following prayer:-

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and quashing the entire proceeding of Case No. 519 of 2022 (State Vs. Babu @ Rahul and others), Under Section-376-D, 323, 504, 452, 506 Pat Police Station-aristry Ca Ahraura, District-Mirzapur pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 1, Mirzapur, on the basis of compromise verification order dated 08.01.2024 and further be pleased to stay the entire proceeding of Case No. 519 of 2022 (State Vs. Babu @Rahul and others), Under Section-376-D, 323, 504, 452, 506 arising out of case Crime No. 86 of 2021 at Police Station-Ahraura, DistrictMirzapur, pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Court No. 1, Mirzapur, on the basis of compromise verification order dated 08.01.2024, during the pendency of the present application before this Hon'ble Court.

And/or to pass such other and further orders, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, otherwise, the applicants shall suffer irreparable loss and injury."
