Allahabad High Court (Jitendra Kumar Sinha, J.; Order dated 12.8.2025) disposed of a Section 482 Cr.P.C. application seeking quashing of Case No. 70/9 of 2024 (arising out of Case Crime No. 576 of 2022, Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S. Mawana, District Meerut) and the cognizance/summoning order dated 16.01.2024 of the Civil Judge (J.D.)/Judicial Magistrate, Mawana. Counsel for the applicants confined the prayer to expeditious consideration of bail, to which the A.G.A. raised no objection. The Court directed that if the applicants appear/surrender within three weeks and apply for bail, the bail application be considered and decided expeditiously in view of Satender Kumar Antil v. Sri Dileep Kumar Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Manoj Gautam, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.

The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 70/9 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime No. 576 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Mawana, District- Meerut as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 16.01.2024 pending in the Court of Civil Judge (J.D.), Judicial Magistrate, Mawana, Meerut.

Learned counsel for the applicants confine his prayer for a direction to the trial court to consider his application for bail as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

On the other hand, learned A.G.A. has no5. objection to the above contention.

In view of above submission it is directed to that if the applicants appear/surrender before the learned trial court within three weeks and applies for bail their bail application shall be considered and decided as expeditiously as possible in view of the observations made in the judgments rendered by the Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, (2021) 10 SCC 773, Siddharth Vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh & Another 2022 (11) SCC 676 and Aman Preet Singh Vs. C.B.I. through Director 2021 SCC Online SC 941.

The application stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

No coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case till three weeks or till they surrender before trial court whichever is earlier.
