C. M. Application No.6 of 2025 for recall of order dated 19.5.2025.

Sri Surendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel has pressed application for recall of order dated 19.5.2025. On the said date no one appeared on behalf of the applicantpetitioner and consequently the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he was on his legs in another Court when the matter was taken up due to which the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution.

After perusal of the grounds taken by the petitioner, we find that sufficient reason has been indicated for non-appearance on 19.5.2025 when the case was taken up.

Accordingly, the application is allowed . Order dated 19.5.2025 is recalled. The petition is restored to its original number to be listed before appropriate Bench.
