1. The present application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.4974/9 of 2021, arising out of case crime no.15 of 2021, under Sections-498-A, 323 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act and Section 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection of right son marriage) Act, 2019, Police Station-Mahila Thana, District-Sjhamli, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shamli, including charge sheet dated 16.07.2021 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 27.08.2021.

1. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that applicants are family members of husband of opposite party no.2 and they have been falsely implicated on the basis of general allegation. It is further submitted that husband of opposite party no.2, Anvar, is not the applicant in the present case but if the matter is referred to the Mediation Centre, High Court, Allahabad then he will appear and participate in the mediation proceeding as the dispute is purely matrimonial in nature. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that in the meantime, he will also file impleadment application to implead the husband of opposite party no.2, namely Anvar, as applicant no.11.
