Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to allow the instant application and be pleased to quash the entire Criminal Proceedings of Complaint Case No. 137 of 2022 (Usha Vs. Indrapal) under Sections 323, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station-Parikshitgarh, District-Meerut pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 6, Meerut and summoning order dated 20.01.2023 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Room No. 6, Meerut.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the instant proceedings have been initiated in counterblast to the FIR lodged by the relatives of the applicants.

Let a counter affidavit be filed by respondent No. 2.
