This Court on 04.11.2024 proceeded to pass the following orders:

"1. List of fresh cases has been revised.

2. No one appears on behalf of the applicant/s whereas Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State is present.

3. It is informed by learned AGA that the Bar Association of Allahabad High Court has passed a resolution that all members of Bar will abstain from judicial work today.

4. In view of the above, put up this case in the week commencing 18.11.2024 as fresh."

On 18.11.2024 proceeded to pass the following orders:

"1. Heard Sri Santoosh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajeev Kumar Sonkar, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the record.

2. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the non-bailable warrant dated 20.08.2024 passed by Additional Judicial Magistrate, Mau in Complaint Case No.21806 of 2022 (Lallan Vs. Rajeev Kumar Srivastava), under Section 138 of N.I. Act, P.S. Kopaganj, District Mau.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to settle the dispute with the opposite party no.2 by paying the cheque amount.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission and just to test the bonafide of the applicant, applicant is directed to bring a draft of Rs.2,00,000/- by the next date of listing in favour of opposite party no.2.

5. Put up this case as fresh on 28.11.2024. "

On 28.11.2024 proceeded to pass the following orders:

"1. On the request of learned counsel for the applicant, put up this case as fresh on 06.12.2024 to enable him to comply the order of this Court dated 18.11.2024.

2. This order was passed in the presence of Sri Kamlesh Kumar Tripathi, learned AGA for the State."

On 27.02.2025 proceeded to pass the following orders:

"1. List of fresh cases has been revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant. However, Sri Anis Kumar Upadhyay, learned AGA for the State is present.

2. From perusal of record, it appears that on 18.11.2024 the applicant was directed to produce a draft of Rs.2 lakh in favour of opposite party no.2. Thereafter again on 28.11.2024 counsel for the applicant was granted further time to comply the order dated 18.11.2024.

3. As no one appears on behalf of the the applicant, in the interest of justice, connect with Application u/s 482 No.33977 of 2024 and list in the week commencing 10th March, 2025 as fresh."

This Court on 03.04.2025 proceeded to pass the following orders:

"Matter has been taken up in the revised list.

No body has put in appearance on behalf of the applicant.

Though the counsel for opposite party no.2 is present.

Put up this case on 22.04.2025 as fresh with a clear stipulation that the matter shall not be adjourned on that date. "

Today when the matter has been taken up, nobody appears on behalf of the applicant, though learned AGA is present.

It appears that the applicant has lost interest in the matter.

Accordingly, the application stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
