Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has been filed with a prayer to allow the application ad direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Kanpur Nagar to decide the Case No. 449 of 2023 (Smt. Radha Singh v. Yogendra Singh) under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station-Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar within a stipulated time.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the application for grant of interim maintenance is still pending decision before the court concerned.

Expeditious disposal of a case is the right of every litigant and it is expected from every Court to endeavour to dispose of a case pending before it, expeditiously.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection in this regard.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by learned counsel for applicants, it is expedient to direct the court concerned to make its endeavour to decide the case expeditiously, preferable within a period of 60 days, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no other legal impediment.
