Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 10.11.2023 passed by the Special Court, MP/MLA/Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Mau in Criminal Case No.9720 of 2022 (State Vs. Abbas Ansari and others) and further be pleased to quash the charges framed against the applicant vide impugned order dated 16.01.2024 by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mau/Special Court, MP/MLA, Mau in converted Case No.10431 of 2023 (State Vs. Abbas Ansari and others) under Section 171F, 506, 186, 189, 153A, 120B IPC, arising out of Case Crime No.97 of 2022 registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Mau.
