- Ms. Vibha Mishra, learned counsel appeared on behalf of applicant sought and granted ten days' time for deep preparation of the matter, which involves issue in respect of stage as mentioned under section 437A Cr.P.C. "before conclusion of trial". Once the precise query has been made before learned counsel for applicant that what will be the meaning of specific stage "before conclusion of trial", learned counsel for applicant sought some more time to study the orders rendered by Hon'ble Apex Court as well as by this Court and other High Courts, wherein this matter has been dealt with.
- At the same time, Sri Sandeep Kumar, learned A.G.A. is also requested to go through the legal question involved in the instant matter for assisting the Court.
