Ms. Beena Mishra, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no. 2, which is taken on record.

The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./528 B.N.S.S. has been preferred with the following main prayer:-

'1. To set aside entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 102317 of 2024 "State vs. Amrish Narayan Singh and another" pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II Lucknow arising out of Case Crime No. 67 of 2024, under Sections 504, 506 & 427 IPC, P.S. Vibhuti Khand, District Lucknow along with summoning order dated 22.10.2024 and charge sheet dated 04.07.2024 as contained in Annexure No. 1 & 2 to this petition.

To stay the further proceedings of Criminal case No. 102317 of 2024 "State vs. Amrish Narayan Singh and Another" pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Lucknow.'

Learned counsel for the parties have jointly submitted that the parties have amicably settled their dispute out of the Court and they have entered into a compromise by means of compromise deed dated 19.11.2024. Copy of which has been enclosed as annexure no.4 to the present application.

Learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that a liberty may be given to the applicant to file the original copy of the compromise along with the application before the trial court within a period of one week for the purpose of verification of compromise dated 19.11.2024 entered into between the parties and the court below may be directed to verify the compromise.

As prayed, a week's time is granted to the applicant to file the original copy of the compromise before the Court below and the court below shall verify the same on 10.04.2025. On the said date all the signatories to the compromise executed on 19.11.2024 shall appear before the court concerned.

List this case in the week commencing 21.04.2025, as fresh.

The applicants shall file an affidavit bringing on record the certified copy of the order of verification passed by the concerned Court by the next date of listing.

When the case is listed next, name of Ms. Beena Mishra Advocate be shown in the list as counsel for the respondent no. 2.

Office is directed to return the original copy of the compromise, if any, after retaining photostat copy of the same.
