Smt. Maimuna, applicant no. 1 and Sri Abdul Razzak, opposite party no. 2 have appeared in person before this Court and they have been duly identified by their respective counsel.

Applicant no. 1 as well as opposite party no. 2 have given their consent for referring the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court at Lucknow.

Accordingly, opposite party no. 2 is directed to deposit Rs.15,000/- before the Mediation and Conciliation Center High Court Lucknow Bench, Lucknow within next ten days.
