Sri Puskar Srivastava, learned A.G.A. for the State is directed to obtain instructions whether any proceedings under Section 3/25 of the Arms Act has been initiated against the applicants or not as the allegations have been made that injuries have been caused with country made pistol (illegal weapon) and multiple pellets injuries have been mentioned in the injury report of Bade Lal. In the X-ray report "Multiple radio-opaque shadows of metallic densities of various sizes & shapes seen in the soft tissue of left side of the abdomen" has been mentioned.
Put up this case tomorrow i.e. 20.11.2025 to enable learned A.G.A. to seek instructions and submit before this Court.
The Station House Officer, Police Station, Jhunsi, Prayagraj is directed to submit a report to the extent whether any First Information Report has been lodged under Section 3/25 of the Arms Act as well as the criminal history of the accused applicants by tomorrow.
