Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is one of the member inducted in the trust-deed, which is under challenge before the learned trial court. He added that the matter pertains to civil dispute which is given the colour of criminality. He next added that one of the co-accused persons, namely, Surendra Singh @ Surendra Das Chela Ram Sunder Das, has already approached this Court by way of instituting an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. No. 7243 of 2025, wherein an interim order is granted in his favour on 01.09.2025 and the present applicant is also entitled for the same relief.

The learned AGA for the State does not dispute the aforesaid contentions.

Let notice be issued to opposite party no. 2, returnable at an early date.

Steps be taken within week.
