Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. for State and perused the record.

Challenge in this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is to charge sheet dated 24.11.2020, cognizance/summoning order dated 18.08.2021 in Case No.6059 of 2021 (State vs. Ashok Kumar Mishra and others) arising out of Case Crime No.274 of 2020 under Sections 323, 504, 325, 427 IPC, P.S.Suriyawan, DistrictBhadohi.

After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicants submits that he wants to withdraw the application and liberty may be given to the applicants to file a bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection if the trial court is directed to decide the bail application of the applicants in terms of decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another (2021) 10 SCC 773.

In view of above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to appear before court below and file an appropriate application for bail, which shall be decided in the light of decision rendered in Satender Kumar Antil's case (supra).
