1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A for the State.

1. This application has been filed by the applicants for quashing the impugned charge sheet dated 31.01.2024 as well as cognizance order dated 06.09.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate 3rd, Varanasi in Criminal Case No. 77017 of 2024 (State Vs. Shashikant & others) arising out of Case Crime No. 41 of 2023 under Sections 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C & 3/4 D.P. Act against applicant no. 1 and under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 354A, 511 I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act against applicant no. 2 and under Sections 498A, 323, 504 I.P.C. & 3/4 D.P. Act against applicant no. 3 and under Section 504 I.P.C. against applicant Nos. 4 & 5, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Varanasi, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate 3rd, Varanasi.

1. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that present case arises out of a matrimonial dispute and there is every chance of amicable settlement of dispute outside the Court. It is further submitted that the case may be sent to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Allahabad High Court for taking an effort for settlement between the parties.
