Heard Ms. Shaili Ganguly, learned counsel for the applicants, Ms. Pragati, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Sri B. P. Singh, learned AGA for the State-opposite party no.1.

3 . This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred with prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 16.09.2023 and entire proceedings in Case No.2322 of 2023(State Vs. Om Prakash & others), arising out of Case Crime No.168 of 2023, under sections 323, 324, 504, 506, 308, IPC, Police Station Kotwali, District Rampur, on the basis of compromise.

It is contended by learned counsel for the applicants that applicants and opposite party no.2 have entered into compromise and the said compromise has already been verified by the learned court concerned.

Learned counsel for the applicants prays some time to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the certified copy of the compromise as well as proceedings of the compromise verification report.

On the other hand, learned AGA for the State as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 have no objection to the above submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants.

In view of the above, list this case on 16.09.2025, in the daily cause list.

In the meantime, learned counsel for the applicants shall file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the certified copy of the compromise as well as proceedings of the compromise verification report.
