- Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the opposite party no.3 and learned A.G.A. for the State.
- The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.381 of 2019 (State of U.P. vs. Ramesh) arising out of Case Crime No.127 of 2012, under Sections 363/366 I.P.C., P.S.Binwar, District Hamirpur, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur, in terms of compromise dated 17.12.2024.
- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel for the applicant next submits that the applicant and opposite party nos.2 & 3 have resolved their dispute and opposite party no.3 is living with the applicant as wife and happily passing married life. They have filed compromise application before court concerned.
