Arpit Goyal and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 50 of 2022 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 354 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad, pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 2, Ghaziabad, together with the charge sheet dated 4.2.2022 and the cognizance/summoning order dated 10.3.2022. This application has been filed for quashing the proceeding of Case No.1757 of 2022, State Vs. Arpit Goyal and others, arising out of Case Crime No.50 of 2022, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 354 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Ghaziabad and charge sheet dated 4.2.2022 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 10.3.2022.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of compromise recorded in Application U/S 482 No.28513 of 2024 (Arpit Goyal and another Vs. State of U.P. and another), the present case be finally decided, as the same has been arises out of same proceedings.

Learned AGA submits that the present case arises out of same proceedings in which compromise has already been recorded in Application U/S 482 No.28513 of 2024 (Arpit Goyal and another Vs. State of U.P. and another) and he would have no objection in case present criminal proceedings are put to an end.
