Heard Mr. Mata Pher, Learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Alok Kumar Srivastava, Learned counsel for the opposite party No.2 in APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 14 of 2024.

Mr. Alok Kumar Srivastava, Learned Advocate, states that he has instructions to appear for the applicants in this application and shall file his Vakalatnama within three days.

Mr. Mata Pher, Learned Advocate, who appears for the applicant in APPLICATION U/S 482 No. - 14 of 2024 states that although the complainant in the connected case is the same as the applicant that he represents, however, he does not have any instructions to appear in the said case.
