Heard Shri Manish Vaish, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.

By means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 B.N.S.S., the applicant has sought following main relief(s):-

"to quash the entire proceedings of the Case No. 20982 of 2023, under Section 504 IPC, Police Station Sushant Golf City, District Lucknow pending before Judicial Magistrate-1 ATS, (ANTI TERRIRIOST SQUAD), Lucknow and also order dated 31-01-2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-1 ATS, (ANTI TERRIRIOST SQUAD), Lucknow by which petitioner has been summoned (Contained as Annexure no. 1 to this petition) and order dated 16.09.2025 by which a bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner as well as the order dated 09.12.2025 by which a Non bailable warrant has been issued against the petitioner"

For the purpose of entertaining the present application as also for seeking interim protection, it has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that cousin sister of the applicant namely Suman Yadav alias Richa Yadav is wife of opposite party no.3 and the application for lodging report for harassment for dowry was also filed against opposite party no.3

before Commissioner of Police. It has been further submitted relations between cousin sister of the applicant and opposite party no.3 is not cordial that is why, out of mala fide intentions, the applicant has been falsely implicated just to settle his personal score.
