Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to respondents is hereby dispensed with.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for direction to the State-respondents to consider and decide Revision No. 1352 of 2016 Computerized Case No. C20161033001352, U/S 219 of U.P. Revenue Act (Hari Babu Singh & Others Vs. Ramroop Singh) , expeditiously.

It is urged that though the matter is being listed but for one reason or the other, the aforesaid case is not being decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance of the petition would be sufficiently met in case respondent no. 1 considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent no. 1-Judicial member, Board of Revenue, U.P.
