Heard Shri Gyanendra Mishra, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Keeping in view the nature of relief sought and order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction to the learned Civil Judge (J.D.), North Court No.25, Sultanpur to decide the Original Case No.654 of 1992 expeditiously.

The suit is pending since the year 1992, the parties have already put in appearance, the issues have already been framed but the suit has not yet reached the stage of recording evidence.

As the suit is pending for the past more than 33 years, a direction is issued to the Civil Judge (J.D.), North Court No.25, Sultanpur to decide the Original Case No.654 of 1992 titled Ram Chandar & ors v. Durga Prasad & Ors. expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties and by fixing dates at short intervals.

Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of .
