The present petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the proceedings arise out of an SCC Suit, which was decreed after consideration of evidence for arrears of rent and ejectment vide judgment dated 27.09.2022 passed in SCC Suit No. 66 of 1990, as well as the revisional order dated 25.03.2024 passed in SCC Revision No. 72 of 2023, whereby the judgment dated 27.09.2022 was affirmed.
Considering the findings recorded on facts after appreciation of the evidence, no good ground for interference is made out.
The petition is, accordingly, dismissed .
