Perusal of writ petition indicates that present writ petition has been filed assailing interim order dated 06.09.2025, passed by the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Ayodhya in Case No. 2702 of 2025 (Computerized Case No. C 202504000002702) - Shahabuddin Vs. Akbar Khan and Others, under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. It is also indicated that the petitioner has already filed an application for recall seeking recall of order dated 06.09.2025, which is pending consideration.

Accordingly, in the light of the fact that petitioner has already moved an application for recall before the Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Ayodhya, therefore, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 1 - Additional Commissioner (Judicial), Ahodhya to decide the recall application expeditiously, say within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.

The present order has been passed subject to cooperation of parties in the proceedings before respondent no. 1.
