Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the respondent No. 1 /Additional Commissioner, Faizabad / Ayodhya Division Ayodhya to decide the proceeding appeal U/S 219 of the Land Revenue Code, 2006 having Case No. 1491/2004-2005, Computerized Case No. C2011040000299 (Ram Jeet & another Vs. Gram Panchayat) expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petition would be sufficiently met in caserespondent No. 1 /Additional Commissioner, Faizabad / Ayodhya Division Ayodhya, considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
