Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.

This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Mau to decide/expedite the Session Trial No.403 of 2021 ( State of U.P. Vs. Angad and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.360 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 506, 307 & 120B IPC, Police Station Mohammadabad, District Mau pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.1, Mau within a stipulated time or in a time frame.

Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
