Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners confined his prayer only for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No.1376 of 2019 (Ameen Ahmad vs. Shashikant and Others), pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Jaunpur, within stipulated period of time.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection over the above prayer as made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

Be that as it may, without interfering into the merits of matter, if there is no legal impediment, learned court concerned is hereby directed to decide the Complaint Case No.1376 of 2019 (Ameen Ahmad vs. Shashikant and Others) in pursuance to order dated 17.08.2021, through which petitioners have been summoned under sections 323, 504, 452 I.P.C. as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, by way of affording proper opportunity of hearing to all concerns.

Both the parties are hereby directed to extend their full cooperation to learned concerned court for receiving directions as made above and at the same time, it is also requested to learned concerned court for not extending unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

However, it is made clear that both the petitioners will be at liberty to put their appearance through counsel and no coercive action shall be initiated against the petitioners till the disposal of abovementioned complaint case; whereas appearance of

petitioners is required and mandated as per law shall be ensured for the specific dates which will be communicated to the petitioner through counsel.

The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
