1 . Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.
2 . The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:
"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and further direct the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Utraula District-Balrampur (Opp. Party no. 1), to decide the application filed under order 39 rule 1 CPC (temporary injunction) filed in Case No. 02/2023, "Safiya versus Sarver Ali & another, Suit for Will deed Cancellation & permanent injunction, expeditiously, as earlier as possible, in the interest of justice."
3 . Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the court concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid application in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
