- Learned District Judge, Jaunpur is hereby directed to seek report from the concerned court for which the direction has already been issued way back on dated 29.11.2022 in Misc. Petition under Article 227 no. 10348 of 2022 (Smt. Lalita and 3 others vs. Shyama Nand) through which the matter was directed to be disposed of to decide in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties preferably within a period of two months but the same has not been complied with which rises cause of action in favour of the petitioner for preferring the instant petition for seeking same direction.
- Pointed reply/explanation be sought from learned court concerned that in spite of having crystal clear direction passed by this Court for deciding Case no. 838 of 2019, CNR No. UPJP020072032019 (Lalita vs. Shyama Nand) under Section 128 Cr.P.C, why the same has not been complied with, within two weeks so that the matter may be adjudicated in pursuance to report warranted at the end of learned District Judge, Jaunpur.
- Put up as fresh on 18.03.2025.
- Registrar (Compliance) is hereby directed to ensure service of this order upon learned District Judge, Jaunpur within 24 hours.
