Anupam Kashyap) under section 21 (2) of U.P. Urban Premises Tenancy Regulation Act 2021, contained as Annexure no.2 to this petition, after deciding the Application under order 22 rule 3 and Order 6 Rule 17 r/w Section 151 C.P.C. dated 18.7.24 contained as Annexure No.3_to this petition, within stipulated period as fixed by the this Hon'ble High Court, contained as Annexure no. 2 to this petition, in the interest of justice ."
