1. An illness slip has been sent by one of the counsel(s) for the petitioner Mr. R.R. Upadhyay, however, the other counsel is also not present to press the petition even in the revised call.
2. Present petition arises out of judgments and orders dated 30.05.2015 and 07.11.2022 whereby the proceedings were decided against the petitioner who is the tenant.
3. Considering the fact that both the Courts have recorded findings of fact, no interference is called for.
4. Present petition is accordingly dismissed .
