1 . No one appears even in the revised list.
2 . The present revision has been filed against the judgment and decree dated 27.08.2014 whereby, the defendant was directed to vacate the premise in question and also awarded compensation.
3 . From the perusal of the judgment and decree dated 27.08.2014, it appears that as many as five issues were framed and after recording findings of fact after appreciation of evidence, the suit was decreed.
4 . No reason appears to interfere in exercise of revisional jurisdiction. The writ petition is dismissed .
