Heard Sri Abhijeet Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the suit for eviction has been instituted in the year 2022 and is currently at the stage of disposal of Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. application.
In the circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the court concerned to expedite the pending application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 C.P.C. as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The court thereafter as per the outcome of the misc. case shall proceed to decide the suit accordingly.
