2 . The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 31.01.2019 whereby, the application for ad-interim injunction was rejected as well as the order dated 10.12.2020 whereby the appeal filed against the said order was also dismissed.
3 . Considering the fact that a suit with respect to the acquisition itself was not maintainable, no error has been committed by the courts below in rejecting the injunction application.
4 . The writ petition is dismissed in the above terms.
