Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of the respondents Nos. 1, 2 and 12 has been accepted by the office of the Chief Standing Counsel. Sri Namit Sharma, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 11.

In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondent Nos. 3, to 10 and 13 are dispensed with.

By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his Revision bearing No. REV/2687/2023, Computerized Case No. R20231046002687 under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the respondent No.1.

It is submitted that though a large number of dates have been fixed, however, for the reasons beyond control, the matter has not yet been decided.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that no gainful purpose will be served in keeping the aforesaid petition pending rather ends of justice can be served by directing the respondent No.1 to consider and finally decide the pending proceedings of Revision bearing No. REV/2687/2023, Computerized Case No. R20231046002687 under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 as expeditiously as possible, affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either of the parties on merits and the authority concerned shall consider and decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of .
