The instant application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to set aside the impugned judgement and order dated 5.6.2025 passed in Crl. Revision No. 467 of 2024 (Masood Akhtar Vs. State of U.P.) by Special Judge (M.P./MLA/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Saharanpur in Special Criminal Case No. 07 of 2024 (State of U.P. Vs. Imran Masood and another) arising out of case crime No. 12 of 2022, under section 188, 171H, 269, 270 IPC and section 3/4 Pandamic Act, 1997, Police Station Kutubsher, District Saharanpur.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to approach before appropriate forum.
