Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s) :-
"WHEREFORE, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 30.07.2025 passed by the Sessions Judge Shravasti in Criminal Appeal No. 3 of 2025 U/S 29 of Domestic Violence Act and also quash the order dated 06.01.2025 passed by the Civil Judge [S.D.] / Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Shravasti in Complaint Case No. 528 of 2023 Noor Bano Versus Ali Ahmad and others as contained in ANNEXURE NO. 1 AND 2 to this petition and allow the instant petition directing the respondents to pay the interim maintenance as prayed in the application in the interest of justice."
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the
application and the may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The aforesaid has not been opposed.
In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn .
Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with the application to the
learned counsel for the applicant as per rules.
