Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Government Advocate for the State of U.P. and perused the record.

The instant application has been preferred for the following main relief:-

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

(i) Issue a direction to the learned Court below i.e. Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-III Ayodhya (Faizabad) to decide the Complaint case u/s 210 of BNSS bearing No. 495/2025 (Sapna Soni Versus Kishan Soni and others) Police Station Kotwali Bikapur, and DistrictAyodhya/Faizabad pending before him within a reasonable time fixed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice, as contained in Annexure No.1 of this Petition."
