In this case, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs :-

"Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to pass an order thereby allowing the petition by quashing the impugned order dated 17.09.2019 passed by the IXth Additional District and Sessiions Judge, Gonda by means of which the learned court concern has rejected the discharge application which was moved by the petitioners in Special Case No.201/2019 arising out of Case Crime No.267/2016 under Sections 308, 323, 504 I.P.C. Police Station Peasepur, Disdtrict Gonda ( State Vs. ASif and others) pending in the court of IXth Additional District and Sessions Judge, Gonda."

In this case, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 filed a copy of the judgement passed in Sessions Trial No.201 of 2019 : State Vs. Asif and another, Crime No.267 of 2016 (supra) in which petitioner no.1 Asif and petitioner no.2 Arif have been acquitted from the charge of Sections 308, 323, 504 I.P.C.

In view of the acquittal of the aforesaid accused/petitioners, now nothing remains to be adjudicated in the matter and the petition has become
