This petition has been filed challenging an F.I.R. bearing Case Crime No.505/2023, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangster & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Gurubux Ganj, District Raebareli.

Perusal of order sheet indicates that on the very first date, petitioner was directed to file legible typed true copy of the gang chart, which was filed by him and when the case was taken up on 31.01.2024, it was got adjourned, and, thereafter it has not been pursued.

Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 28.10.2025 received from Sri Sarvesh Kumar Yadav, Sub Inspector, Police Station Gurbux Ganj, District Raebareli, submits that Charge Sheet No.522/2024 dated 06.11.2024 has been forwarded in the Court on 21.12.2024, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy and the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy before the concerned Court or elsewhere, however, none is present to controvert the same. The said instructions are taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it appears that either the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter or it has rendered infructuous, therefore, no one is present on behalf of the petitioner.
