This petition has been filed seeking following main prayer:-

"(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the opposite party no.2 and 3 to conclude the investigation in respect of Case Crime No.0237 of 2019, Police Station - Asandra, District - Barabanki, in the interest of justice."

Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 20.11.2025 received from Sri Alok Mani Tripathi, Incharge Inspector, Police Station Asandra, District Barabanki, submits that the girl was recovered on 13.05.2025 from Ambedkar Nagar Mohalla Jatiyan, Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandsahar and during her recovery, it came to light that she had married to Kapil Kumar S/o Hari Chandra R/o Ambedkar Nagar Mohalla Jatiyan, Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandsahar and they have a son of one and half year. He further submits that statements of the victim under Sections 161 and 164 Cr.P.C. were recorded and the allegation of Section 376 I.P.C. was found, accordingly, it was added and since the

accused, Shiva @ Shivram was minor, therefore, a factual report No.480A dated 30.08.2021 was forwarded and a supplementary factual report dated 21.06.2025 under Section 376 I.P.C. has also been forwarded to the Juvenile Justice Board, Barabanki, which has been submitted in the Juvenile Justice Board on 01.08.2025. The said instructions are taken on record. Thus, learned A.G.A. submits that this petition has rendered infructuous.

None is present on behalf of the petitioner to controvert the aforesaid submission of learned A.G.A.

In view of above, it appears that the petition has rendered infructuous and the petitioner has also lost interest in pursuing the petition.
