Shri Dwijendra Mishra, Advocate has filed his vakalatnama on behalf of respondent, which is taken on record. He has submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order of the Writ Court, the payment has been credited in the account of the applicant and in support of his submission, he has placed document showing that the amount has been credited in the account of the applicant, which is taken on record and the photocopy of the same has also been given to learned counsel for the applicant.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has very fairly submitted that the judgment and order passed by Writ Court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.

Notice, if any, is hereby discharged.
