Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is getting the pension regularly every month, as directed by the Writ Court but the only apprehension is that in case the present contempt application is dismissed by this court, the respondent may stop making payment of pension regularly.

At this stage, learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions received from respondent no.2 has submitted that the pension will be paid to the applicant every month .

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the judgment and order passed by Writ Court has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as infructuous.

As such, the present contempt application is dismissed as infructuous.

Notice, if any, is hereby discharged.
